This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No. 275/2024 registered with Police Station Hudkeshwar, Dist. Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lady aged about 33 years lodged report alleging that that the applicant kept her in fear of causing harm to her husband and on that count, the applicant established sexual relation with her. 4.

It is applicant's case that it is a case of consensual relationship as and when the husband of informant came to know the things, she has lodged report that too after one month.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but, charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the present applicant.
