This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.321/2022 registered with Police Station Sadar, District - Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is a Contractor who claims that he has no role in the alleged act. It is brought to our notice that several other co-accused claiming to be contractors have applied in this Court in Criminal Application (APL) Nos.628/2024, Prity

2 / 2 23.apl769.2024 624/2024, 625/2024, 626/2024, 734/2024 and 735/2024 wherein this Court has passed interim order.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 03.07.2024.

Mr. Ashirgade, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of nonapplicant No.1. 6.

In the meantime, investigation shall go on, but the charge-sheet shall not be filed against applicant without obtaining leave of this Court. 7.
