This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No. 30/2023 registered with Police Station Juni Kamptee, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. A lady aged 21 years has lodged report alleging that the applicant has forcibly committed sexual intercourse. 3.

The applicant would submit that it is a case of love relation. Both have visited the same for different occasions and thus, it is a case of consent.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks for final disposal. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
