This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No. 354/2022 registered with Police Station Ghugus, Dist. Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on account of settlement. 3.
The informant was serving as a Supervisor with Seven Hills Enterprises which is said to be a proprietary concerned. The report has been lodged with four unknown persons tried to commit theft of separating machine and therefore the report.

The informant is an employee of proprietary concerned who has appeared through his Advocate Mr. Khond and undertake to file reply-affidavit stating about the settlement.

The learned counsel appearing for informant would submit that the owner/proprietary concerned would also file an affidavit about settlement.
