This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. filed against the applicant in Crime No.0325/2022 registered with Police Station Rajapeth, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 294, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainants are present before us. They have filed an affidavit stating their no-objection. On our query, the complainants reiterated their no-objection to quash the present proceedings. 4.
