This is an application seeking to quash the charge-sheet (RCC No.81 of 2024) arising out of Crime No.1379 of 2023, registered with Police Station Awadhutwadi, district Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 498-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

The applicants are husband and relatives of husband of informant lady. It is submitted that the allegations are omnibus and vague. According to the applicants, no specific incident has been stated attributing particular role of the applicants. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable Kavita
