This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No.0201/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 294 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is applicant's case that he got acquainted with informant in college and there was a love relation in between them. It is submitted that reading of the police papers does not constitute the offence of rape but it is a case of consensual relationship.

Issue notice for final disposal returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. Nikhil Joshi, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

The trial Court shall not proceed further till next date.
