This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0258/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 109 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.
The victim minor girl aged about 17 years has lodged a report alleging principal allegations of rape against the co-accused Sophiyan. The allegations against the applicants is that the co-accused Sophiyan took victim to applicant No.1 Ronit to commit sexual act and applicant No.2 Shaji is a landlord of Ronit. It is submitted that no offence is made out against the present applicants. 4.
Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks.
