This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0179/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are husband and relatives of husband of victim. It is applicants' contention that out of matrimonial dispute on the basis of vague allegations all family members have been implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. S.V. Narale, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.
