This is an application seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.0666/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

A student of nursing course has lodged the report alleging about misappropriation and cheating. The applicants' learned Counsel has pointed out that the issue pertaining to admission of excess students which is also alleged allegation is pending in writ petition. The applicants have submitted that informant has already tendered written apology.

Issue notice to the non-applicants for final disposal returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. I.J. Damle, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

The trail Court shall not proceed further till the next date of hearing.
