The learned APP pointed out that in view of interim direction of this Court that investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed, the investigation is now completed and they have collected the material in the matter. 2.

In view of above, learned APP sought permission to file chargesheet in the matter. Accordingly, permission is granted to the prosecution to file chargesheet.

In the circumstances, Applicants are permitted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to challenge the same afresh or to take any other steps as permissible under the provisions of law. All issues are kept open.
