This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report vide Crime No.213 of 2024, registered with Police Station Mangrulpir, district Washim for the offence punishable under Sections 306,323,504 and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is argued that only on the isolated incident of quarrel dated 30.03.2024. The deceased committed suicide by hanging and thus there is no element of abetment. Moreover, no suicidal note was found. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in eight weeks.
