This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0154/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicants are relatives of husband. It is their contention that in order to pressurize the husband all relatives have been implicated on vague allegations. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. S.A. Ashirgade, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.
