This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0063/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices at University, Board and other specified Examinations Act, 1982 and Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act and Sections 417, 420, 468, 471, 201 and 120 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicant's learned Counsel would submit that he is owner of infrastructure having no concern with the incident.
