This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0142/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is submitted that out matrimonial dispute on the basis of vague and general allegations entire family has been implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. Amit Chutke, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.
