This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0165/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n) and 417 of Indian Penal Code.

The informant lady, aged 34 years, has lodged the report alleging that she has been sexually abused on false promise to marry. The learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that the police report itself discloses that there was love affair and from last four years they had relationship. According to the applicant since he has married with somebody else false report has been lodged. 4.

Issue notice for final disposal to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks.

Mr. Nikhil Joshi, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but
