By order dated 7th April, 2025 reflecting that despite repeated chance learned counsel for the applicant failed to supply the copy for service to the respondent and by way of last chance one week was granted. It was further clarified by the Court that failure to supply the copy the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.2,500/- to the High Court Gazetted Officers Association, Nagpur. Despite the said order passed no steps are taken by the applicant either to supply the copy or to pay costs. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant remained absent on the last occasion i.e. on 29th April, 2025 and thereafter also. It reflects that the applicant is not interested to proceed with the application.

In view of that, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
