Learned advocate submits that he has been constrained to file this application before this Court because the criminal revision application filed against the order of issuance of process has not been decided since 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Darwha. Learned advocate submits that his purpose would be served, if the direction is given to the learned Judge to dispose of the said revision expeditiously. 3.

In view of this, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, before whom Criminal Revision Application No.11/2023 is pending, shall dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
