Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature. The civil dispute is sought to be given criminal colour. He submits that First Information Report lodged against the applicants is malicious and net result of civil dispute. He

I have gone through the record and proceedings. 7.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the police shall not file the charge sheet without leave of the Court. However, in the meantime, police shall complete the investigation and shall keep the charge-sheet ready for perusal of the Court. This protection is till next date of hearing.

Stand over after three weeks.
