This is an application seeking to quash criminal prosecution namely RCC N. 158/2021 arising out of Crime No. 483/2019 registered with Police Station Shegaon City,Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is informed that Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code has been added subsequently and now the Magistrate has committed the case to the Court of Sessions.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
