Both the learned counsel would submit that the matter pertains to the commercial transaction which could be resolved by way of mediation.

We have gone through the contents of First Information Report and heard both the sides about the controversy.

In view of that, the matter is referred for mediation. We hereby appoint the learned counsel Mr. Shridhar V. Purohit, as a Mediator.

Both the parties shall appear before the learned Mediator within two weeks by taking his prior appointment. 5.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit report within four weeks from the date of first appearance of the parties. 6.

Stand over after Diwali Vacations.
