Admit. The application is heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicants are the husband and mother-in-law of the non-applicant No.2. The marriage of non-applicant No.2 with applicant No.1 was performed on 14.12.2015. They have one son out of the said wedlock. The allegations are made against these applicants that they used to harass her for demand of money and her husband used to beat her. The investigation was completed in this case and the charge-sheet is filed bearing RCC No.352 of 2020 arising out of crime No.311 of 20218 dated 20.11.2018 registered with Police Station Dhantoli, district Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

During the pendency of this application, the matter was settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat on 07.05.2022. The matter is settled between the parties and as per the consent terms, the non-applicant No.2 does not want to proceed with the matter. She has given the application.

As the matter is settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, the charge-sheet bearing RCC No.352 of 2020 arising out of Crime No.311 of 20218 dated 20.11.2018 registered with Police Station Dhantoli, district Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 498-A r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed and set aside.

The criminal application stands disposed of in the above terms.
