However, it appears that what has been filed is the printed format of the First Information Report and not the oral complaint which was then reduced into writing as per Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Only the substance i.e. required to be taken in the printed format is produced and therefore, we direct the applicants to produce the proper First Information Report on or before 24.07.2024.
