Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. Perused the recitals of the FIR and the communication which is issued to the complainant by Assistant Director.

Learned Counsel for the applicants also invited our attention towards the recitals of the said communication and submitted that at the most, the allegation levelled against the present applicants is to the extent of that he has deposited the food grains less to the extent of 274.49 quintals. 3.

Consideration the submissions made, at this stage, the applicants have made out a case for issuance of notice. 4.

Learned APP waives notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.

Issue notice to the non-applicant No.2, returnable on 06.11.2025.

The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant No.2 by all modes of service including private service.
