This is an application seeking to quash and set aside the charge-sheet bearing RCC No. 215 of 2023 arising out of the First Information Report No.30 of 2023 registered with Police Station Channi, Tq. Patur District, Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 324, 452, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is informant's case that at the relevant time, co-accused Amar Kankal and Yakub Qureshi and four unknown persons entered into his house and assaulted him.

It is applicants contention that their name has not been mentioned in the police report. According to Kavita
