This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide Crime No. 195/2024 registered with Police Station Achalpur, Dist. Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the contents of Police Report about incident of beating and harassment dated 16.01.2024 is false. To support said contention, a mutual agreement executed between the parties on 17.01.2024 is produced, wherein it is recited that they are living separately for more than one and half years.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for

In the meantime, investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
