This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.262/2024 registered with Police Station Ramdaspeth, Akola, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
It is applicants' contention that within one month from marriage, the informant left the matrimonial house. The allegations are vague and general. The applicants have also tried for reunion but false report has been lodged. 4.
Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable after six weeks.

Ms Mayuri Deshmukh, learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1/State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the present applicants.
