The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have taken back the case papers from the office of learned arguing Counsel Mr. V. T. Suryawanshi, and therefore, she seeks discharge from the present proceeding. In view of this, Advocate Mr. V. T. Suryawanshi is hereby discharged from appearing in the present proceeding.

Mr. Parth Naukarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that he has received instructions from the Applicants to appear in the matter.

It is seen from the record that this Court, by order dated 8/1/2026, granted permission to the prosecution to file chargesheet. Accordingly, chargesheet has been filed, however,

In the background of this factual position, Applicants are permitted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet afresh, if so advised, or to take any other steps as permissible under the provisions of law. All the issues are kept open.

Criminal Application stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

Since the Criminal Application is disposed of, pending Criminal Application No. 2046/2025 does not survive. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
