This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.180 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 273, 272, 328 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code along with Sections 26(2)(a),30(2),3,4 and 59(i) of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 registered with Police Station Mul district Chandrapur.

It is argued that on the basis of statement of the co-accused, the applicant has been arraigned in the crime stating him to be supplier. Besides that it is the applicant's contention that the action taken by the police is not maintainable.

Moreover, it is contended that the First Information Report is lodged by the police, which should Kavita

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable in six weeks.

Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant -State. 7.

In the meanwhile, investigation shall go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without leave of this Court.
