This is an application seeking to quash the charge-sheet arising out of First Information Report No. 93 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Police Station Gadge Nagar, district Amravati .

It is the applicants contention that as the husband has filed restitution proceedings, as a counter check, FIR No. 93 of 2024 has been registered. It is submitted that the applicant Nos.4 to 7 are married sister-in-laws staying elsewhere since long, but they have been implicated on false allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in six weeks.

Learned APP waives service of notice for nonapplicant No.1-State. 9.
