This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.274 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 323,498-A,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicants contention that the allegations are vague and general. According to the applicants, since the husband issued notice for restitution of conjugal rights, the wife has lodged the First Information Report with ulterior motive.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.
