Accordingly, there was a settlement of the dispute between the parties. In respect of present application, it is decided between the parties that after payment of Rs.1,50,000/- by the applicants to the non-applicant before the Family Court, Yavatmal, she will cooperate for quashing and withdrawal of the present application. 3.

It is also agreed between the parties that said amount will be deposited by the applicants on or before 20/03/2026. After deposit of the said amount, the applicants is at liberty to move an appropriate application before this Court.
