The applicants have filed pursis dated 28.08.2024 along with receipt showing the cost amount has been deposited in pursuance of direction issued on 26.08.2024 in Criminal Application (APL) No. 1061/2024. Since the compliance is made, nothing survives as already we have quashed and set aside the First Information Report vide Crime No. 600/2024. In consequence, applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 6 who are in Jail in the said crime needs to be released forthwith.

In view of above, learned Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate release order immediately, if the presence of applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 6 are not required in any other offence.
