Learned Counsel for the Non-applicant No.2, submitted that considering the dispute which is a matrimonial in nature, the matter be referred for mediation, as the Non-applicant No.2 intending to settle the dispute. 2.

Ms. Padma M. Chandekar, learned Counsel, is hereby appointed as a Mediator.

Parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 11.12.2025 at 02.15 p.m.

The learned Mediator shall permit the Applicant No. 1/Siddharth Sisodia to appear through Video Conferencing.

List the matter after mediation report is received. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 2234/2025 1.

By this Application, the Investigating Officer is seeking permission to file the charge-sheet as investigation is completed. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Leave is granted to the learned Counsel for the Applicants to amend the Application within two weeks on filing of the charge-sheet. The amended copy as well as the copy of charge-sheet be placed on record and also supply the copy to the other side.
