This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.348/2024 registered with Police Station Ner Parsopant, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The allegations are made by the informant that all the applicants asked her to bring money and gold and the in-laws were instigating her husband to torture her. 4.
The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant Nos.2 to 4 are staying separately. The husband has filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights. 5.
Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State.
