By this application, the applicant seeks to quash First Information Report vide Crime No.1038/2023 registered with Police Station Avadhutwadi, Distt. Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is brought to our notice that in the same crime, this Court vide its orders dated 13.10.2023 in Criminal Application No.1421/2023 and 18/12/2023 in Criminal Application (APL) No.1646/2023 has granted interim protection.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks.

Mr. M.K. Pathan, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
