This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide Crime No. 382/2024 registered with Police Station Ambazari, Napgur for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 338 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 134, 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act. It is applicant's submission that the informant's husband was himself in fault which is evident in CCTV footage. 3.
The applicant seeks for early hearing as he has to apply for VISA.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after two weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

The State shall produce CCTV footage, if available. The Investigating Agency to preserve CCTV footage and to produce it as and when called.
