The learned Counsel for the applicant brought to our notice that the notice was privately sent to the informant on both addresses. Though notice on Nagpur address has been returned for insufficiency of the address, however, the notice was delivered/served on Betul address. The applicant has produced postal track report to that effect.

Investigating Officer Shri P. D. Sakare, P.S.I, Ambazai, Nagpur is present before us. He has stated that right now he has received the telephonic call of the informant's father-in-law to whom he has intimated about today's date. He has also informed that the informant is present in Nagpur city.
