This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide Crime No. 304/2024 registered with Police Station Gittikhadan, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 354, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that on the basis of vague and general allegations, all family members have been implicated. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No. 1
