This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide crime No. 682/2023 registered with Police Station Balapur, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 324, 323, 294, 354, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is argued that for the concerned occurrence, already applicant No.17 Aniket Nagar has lodged report. It is applicants' contention that in order to retaliate, his entire family has been implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
