As such, permission to file charge-sheet is necessary in the present application. Accordingly, permission is granted to file charge-sheet to prosecution. 2.

The present applicant accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet or to avail any other remedy as permissible under the provisions of law, after receipt of copy of charge-sheet.
