This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide crime No. 113/2023 registered with Police Station Khadan, Akola, Tahsil and District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(u) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Sections 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is submitted that after one year from the occurrence out of vengeance false report has been lodged. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
