Learned Counsel appearing for the nonapplicant no.2/informant-wife, would submit that there is possibility of settlement, hence the matter can be referred for mediation.

He also stated that he would inform the other side.

Though the other side is not present, however we find no difficulty to refer the matter for mediation as it is a matrimonial dispute. No prejudice would be caused if the matter is referred for mediation without the consent of the other side.

In view of the above, we refer the matter for mediation.

We hereby appoint Advocate Ms Sonal Saware as a Mediator in the matter.

7.

The parties shall appear before the Mediator by taking her prior appointment within two weeks.

The Mediator shall appear submit the report within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Inform to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
