In view of the settlement between the parties the parents of the minor victim/non-applicant no.3 have filed a reply-affidavit stating about the settlement and their no objection to quash the criminal prosecution. Parents of the victim have appeared before the Court, who are identified by their Counsel Ms Chaitali Bhute. On our query they stated that they have consciously decided not to go with the prosecution as the matter is settled and particularly, it is submitted they have shifted their residence at Shivani (State of Madhya Pradesh) permanently and they do not wish to come again. Mother of the victim stated that they have condoned the lapses and considering the future of the minor girl, she do not wish to prosecute. It is also stated that the minor daughter is scared and she do not wish to come to the Court for evidence as it may affect her tender mind. 3.
