In the present matter, the learned APP has pointed out that, on the basis of allegations made by the respondent no.2, the investigation is conducted and same is now completed. Accordingly, the charge-sheet is ready to be filed in the matter. However, due to interim order passed by this Court, the charge-sheet is not filed.

It is further stated that, considering the fact that some material has been collected by the Investigating Officer, it will be proper to place on record the charge-sheet and then decided the petition. 3.

In view of this, the prosecution is permitted to file the chargeheet in the matter.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the chargesheet before this Court in accordance with the provisions of law. All issues are kept open. 5.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
