This application is seeking to quash First Information Report ("FIR") vide crime No. 313/2023 registered with Police Station Saoner, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Father of deceased namely Bhushan aged 31 years has lodged report on 18.04.2023 regarding suicidal death of his son dated 17.05.2022. The informant stated that deceased was in service of applicant as a Driver for some period and on the suggestion of applicant, deceased has purchased a Dumper by raising loan. It is stated that suicidal note was found on the person of deceased blaming that the applicant is responsible for his death. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for applicant would submit that there are no allegations about abatement at the
2 16 apl 1156.24 hands of the applicant to deceased Bhushan. Secondly, it is argued that the story finding suicidal note is doubtful since despite found suicidal note before 11 months, no report has been lodged.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable on 10.09.2024 for final disposal. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
