The applicant is seeking quashing of two communications dated 25.05.2024 and 26.05.2024 issued by the Police. It is his contention that he has attended the police station, furnished explanation, however, he is being harassed.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the police are time and again calling the applicant from last three months, Rgd.

Order 2708apl1179.24 but, no offence has been registered. According to him the process adopted by the police is against the directions issued by the Supreme Court in case of Lalita Kumari .vrs. Govt. of U.P. and others - 2013 All MR (Cri) 4444 (SC).

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 24.09.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant no.1.

Till the returnable date, no coercive action be taken against the applicant.
