This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.256 of 2024 registered with Police Station Civil Lines, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 323,498-A and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are the relatives of the husband of the informant. It is contended that they have been falsely implicated on the basis of vague and general allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in six weeks.
