This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report No.256 of 2024 registered with Police Station Civil Lines, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 323,498-A and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicant's contention that he is physically disabled person. There is considerable delay in lodging the report. In order to pressurise the husband, false report is lodged.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in six weeks.
