The learned APP has pointed out that during pendency of the Application investigation is completed. During investigation certain material is collected by the Investigating Officer, and therefore, sought permission to file chargesheet in the matter.

For the reasons stated by the learned APP permission is granted to file chargesheet.

In view of above, Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet as well as to take other recourse as permissible under the provisions of law. All issues are kept open.
